Host your next meeting or event at the Museum and offer your guests a unique venue. The Museum exhibits are open for guests to enjoy before, during, and after your event. For a minimal additional cost, a trained Museum guide will give your guests a personalized tour of the exhibits.
Rental Cost
Monday through Friday (days)
• $50 if no food or beverages are served
o No charge for non-profit organizations
If food and/ or beverages are to be served:
• $100 for up to three hours, $50 for each additional hour
o $80 for up to three hours for non-profit organizations, $40 for each additional
hour
Saturday and evenings (Monday through Friday)
• Minimum of $200 for three hours
o $160 for non-profit organizations
• Each additional hour is $115
o $90 for non-profit organizations
Tours
• Add $2 per person for a docent guided tour
Payment
• 50% deposit is required at least 30 days before event
• Full payment must be received no later than day of event
Included in rental
• Use of 15 6’ tables and 80 folding chairs
• Podium
• Exhibits open
• Museum Store open during regular hours (contact Director of Marketing
to make special arrangements during non-museum hours)
Renters responsibility
• AV equipment, such as microphone, computer, overhead projector,
• Easels
• Catering – food, drink, set-up and take-down arrangements, any
equipment needed, table arrangements, etc.
• Decorating, including flowers and table center pieces
